Customer Service Engineer (Korea)


Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a Korean customer contact window for production product quality plus field warranty issues. 
  • Respond to customer complaints with on-site customer visit for problem verification within 24 hours then communicate with Shajin /Jiangxi plant. 
  • Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems including the engagement of external resources as required in terms of manpower and testing equipment. Putting in containment actions in customer inventory and in-transit within 48 hours. 
  • Present plant analysis report/8D report to customers. Regular follow up with both customers and plant quality until closure. 
  • Assist in training plant quality for specific customer portal or communication platform. Train others in all aspects of the customers quality system and application. 6.Provide daily huddle notes and monthly reporting per agreed KPIs. 


Job Requirement:

  • Trainings:IATF 16949:2016 internal auditor. 
  • Professional additional qualification: VDA 6.3 internal auditor.
  • Professional experience: >3 years in Automotive industry. 
  • Leadership: Manage customer expectation. 
  • Master Korean, English and Chinese (Writing, reading & speaking)
  • Located in Korea.
